Getting started
Create your account
An account keeps your wallets, favorites, tracked wallets and settings in sync across your devices. No email or personal data is required.
Sign up
- Click Sign up and choose a username (3–20 characters: letters, numbers or
_). Your username is also your referral name. - Choose a password of at least 10 characters. It never leaves your browser: it's used to encrypt your keys and to derive a login proof.
- Save your recovery code (
GT-XXXXXX-…). You can download it as a .txt file.
The recovery code is the only way back into your wallets if you forget your password. We can't reset your password or recover your wallets for you, because we never have your keys. Keep the code offline, somewhere safe.
Sessions
In Account and Security you can see every device logged in to your account and log out the others. Changing your password also logs out your other devices.
You can generate a new recovery code at any time (it asks for your password). The previous code stops working immediately.
Without an account
You can also connect MetaMask or Rabby and trade without an account. In that case your settings, favorites and tracked wallets stay only in that browser.
