Terms of Use
Last updated: October 1, 2026
By using GIWA Terminal (the website at giwaterminal.com and its Telegram bot) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
1. What GIWA Terminal is
GIWA Terminal is a software interface. It shows public data from GIWA Chain and lets you create and sign transactions from wallets you control. It is non-custodial: we never hold your funds or your private keys, and we can't move, freeze or recover them. GIWA Terminal currently runs on the GIWA Sepolia test network; test tokens and test ETH have no monetary value.
2. Who can use it
- You must be of legal age where you live, and at least 18 years old.
- You may not use GIWA Terminal if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region under comprehensive sanctions, if you are on a sanctions list, or if using it is illegal where you are.
- You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including taxes.
3. No advice, no endorsement
Nothing on GIWA Terminal is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Tokens are created by third parties on public launchpads; we don't create, issue, sell or promote them, and showing a token is not an endorsement. Rankings, trending lists, safety checks, tags, charts and prices are generated automatically, can be wrong, incomplete or delayed, and are not recommendations. Always do your own research.
4. Risks
Trading new tokens is extremely risky and you can lose everything you put in. Prices move fast, liquidity can disappear, and smart contracts (including ours) can have bugs. Read Risks before trading.
5. Your account and keys
You are responsible for your login wallet, your PIN or password, your recovery code and the private keys of your wallets. Keep them private and offline. Because we never see them, we can't reset or recover them. We will never ask for them.
6. Fees
Trading fees are described on Fees. Network gas, token taxes and launchpad or pool fees are not ours. If our fees change, the new fees apply only to trades made after the change is published in these docs.
7. Referral program
Referral rewards work as described on Referrals. We may change or end the program for the future. Rewards obtained through abuse (fake or duplicate accounts, wash trading or any scheme to farm rewards) may be withheld.
8. What you may not do
- Use GIWA Terminal for illegal activity, money laundering or to evade sanctions.
- Manipulate markets (wash trading, spoofing, coordinated pump-and-dump schemes).
- Attack, overload or disrupt the service, or exploit bugs. If you find a vulnerability, report it to us instead.
- Impersonate GIWA Terminal, its team or other users.
9. The service is provided "as is"
We provide GIWA Terminal as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. It may be interrupted, changed or discontinued at any time. Data from third parties (launchpads, explorers, RPC nodes, price feeds) may be inaccurate. Blockchain transactions are final: we can't reverse them.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GIWA Terminal and its team are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including trading losses, worthless or malicious tokens, smart-contract failures, network or RPC problems, delays, or the loss or theft of your keys or recovery code.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; if the change is important, the terminal will ask you to accept it again. Continuing to use GIWA Terminal means you accept the current terms.
