Contracts and admin powers
These are the contracts GIWA Terminal uses. Each address opens in the explorer, where anyone can check its code and every transaction.

What the owner can and can't do
The owner of the contracts is the GIWA Terminal treasury, 0xc41C62ca78F549b35b39b381b4a9994835060146.
Router
- It has no owner and no admin functions. Nobody can change it, pause it or take funds from it.
- It checks your minimum output on every trade and never keeps your tokens.
Order contract
- The fee (1% / 0.9%) and the referral split (25% / 3%) are fixed in the code; the owner can't change them.
- The owner can add or remove keepers and change the treasury address. That's all.
- The owner can't touch the ETH deposited for your orders, cancel your orders or change them.
Rewards vault
- The referral split (25% / 3%) is fixed in the code.
- The owner can pause new payments into the vault, set the minimum claim (never above 0.01 ETH), switch on an emergency mode that removes the minimum, and transfer ownership.
- The owner can withdraw only the excess: ETH in the vault beyond what's owed to users. Rewards owed to you can only be claimed by you, even when the vault is paused.
Audit status
The contracts are tested extensively against a fork of the chain, but they have not had an external audit yet. Before mainnet, ownership will move to a multisig and an external audit is planned.
