Can GIWA Terminal move my funds?

No. Your keys are encrypted in your browser and never reach our servers. Only you can sign transactions. The keeper can only fill your on-chain orders under the conditions you set.

I forgot my password.

Use your recovery code from the login screen. Without the password or the recovery code, nobody can recover the wallets — that's why it's worth exporting your private keys and keeping them safe.

Why didn't my trade go through?

Usually the price moved more than your slippage, or the pool changed. The transaction reverts and you only pay gas. Try again, raise the slippage a little or use a smaller amount.

Why does a token never move to Bonded?

JakduPump, gasok.fun and Lucrari have no bonding curve: their tokens start directly in a pool.

Do limit orders work with the terminal closed?

Yes, for tokens trading in a pool: they live in the order contract. For tokens still on a bonding curve, keep the terminal open.

Is there any fee besides the 1%?

No. Network gas, token taxes and launchpad/pool fees aren't ours — see Fees.
